Harley – Davidson, Inc., H-D, or Harley is an American motorcycle manufacturer founded in 1903 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. There are owner clubs and events worldwide. Harley-Davidson is noted for a style of customization that gave rise to the chopper motorcycle style. The company markets its products worldwide, and licenses and markets merchandise under the Harley – Davidson brand.

H-D owners do not just own a motor bike. Each Harley – Davidson model is unique, and each owner should be considered more as a collector than just a motor bike owner. Most H-D owners keep their “treasure” safe in a garage or in a monitored environment. Nevertheless H-D bikes are not only for…decoration purposes. Their owners like to take them on long rides or even road trips, usually with a group of fellow H-D riders.
